Process:
Inspired by the traditions of Italian amari and made using time-honoured maceration techniques, each bottle blends fruits, herbs, roots, and spices into a full-flavoured experience, without a drop of alcohol. Unlike conventional methods that strip alcohol from spirits, NOA builds its flavour from the ground up. The result? Complex, balanced zero-proof spirits that shine on their own or in your favourite cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
Ideal for lovers of bitter products and the famous Campari, this red-hued Italian Bitter follows the Italian tradition of aperitifs and offers the characteristic bitterness of gentian and quinine bark. Crafted on a base of grapefruit and orange for freshness, notes of gentian root and warm spices round off its complex taste.
Best Enjoyed:
Perfect as an aperitif, it can also be enjoyed as a nightcap, or as the basis for several classics. Over LOTS of ice, mix 2 parts NOA Italian Bitter with 3 parts Oddbird Spumante, top with soda, and garnish with an orange slice for a zero-proof Italian Spritz.
