Shipping Policy

At Clearsips, we take great care to ensure your beverages arrive in perfect condition. Because our dealcoholized products can be affected by temperature fluctuations, our shipping policy changes seasonally to protect product quality.
Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Please note that we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes or rural postal codes.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Clearsips reserves the right to cancel and refund an order within 24 hours if weather conditions are not compatible with the safe delivery of your order, typically in very remote areas.
  • Free shipping is available for orders of $115 or more before taxes.
  • $20 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $115.
Estimated delivery times (business days):
  • Ontario, Nova Scotia, Alberta, and B.C.: 1–5 days
During checkout, you will see the total price, including taxes and shipping charges, in Canadian dollars before placing your order. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the amount shown during checkout.

Temperature & Winter Shipping Policy

Shipping is dependent on overnight temperatures being above freezing. When temperatures drop below freezing, we activate our winter shipping policy:
  • Winter shipping is limited to Ontario only.
  • Orders outside Ontario or to remote areas will be temporarily held until temperatures rise above freezing.
  • We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you if your order is delayed due to temperature-related restrictions.
This policy helps ensure that all Clearsips beverages arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

Remote Areas

When overnight temperatures are below freezing, we do not ship to remote or hard-to-reach areas. Orders to these regions will be refunded or delayed until safe shipping conditions return.

General Shipping Information

Customers will receive an email with delivery information from our courier partners when their order is shipped. This notification will include shipment tracking details.

Order Tracking

Within 24–48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipment status.
