Co-Founders, Patrick Cool and Valerian Roy are two Quebec entrepreneurs who are committed to bolstering the local economy by developing and showcasing exceptional products. Passionate about gin, they are the first ever to bring a non-alcoholic spirit in gin botanical to the Quebec market.

Distilled like traditional gins in a copper still, HP Juniper is the first non-alcoholic spirit to draw its unique taste from a blend of flavours to offer the unique aromas of gin to people who want a gin experience without the alcohol. The drink is not dealcoholized, but is prepared using an aqueous solution and then flavoured with juniper, lemons and organic herbs all from Quebec.

Always inspired by entrepreneurs' spirit and trail blazers in new markets, we were happy to collaborate with our provincial neighbours. Having spent many winters in Quebec and enjoying Quebec’s fine food and drink, we knew we would have a winner with this delicious botanical.
