Process:
Inspired by the traditions of Italian amari and made using time-honoured maceration techniques, each bottle blends fruits, herbs, roots, and spices into a full-flavoured experience, without a drop of alcohol. Unlike conventional methods that strip alcohol from spirits, NOA builds its flavour from the ground up. The result? Complex, balanced zero-proof spirits that shine on their own or in your favourite cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
Vermouth is an incredibly complex ingredient that can add a lot to a cocktail. NOA's zero-proof Sweet Vermouth is no exception. Inspired by the famous French Dolin, it offers notes of wine vinegar, grapes and caramel, with a spicy blackcurrant finish. Even without alcohol, its aromatic balance is impressive.
Best Enjoyed:
It’s perfect as an aperitif, digestif or wine replacement with a meal. Just serve it on the rocks with orange or grapefruit peel (or just on the rocks, the peel police won’t come and get you). It's also a great wine substitute in a zero-proof sangria.
