OSCO was created in the South of France by Laura Falque and Marion Lebeau, two women who believed the ritual of drinking should be as much about connection and craft as it is about alcohol. Their goal: to create a complex, satisfying apéritif that honours French tradition while reflecting a more mindful way of living. With a background in wine and spirits, Laura brings deep knowledge of terroir and flavour, while Marion, who comes from the clean beauty world, was motivated by her own experience of pregnancy, searching for something she could truly enjoy in social moments. Together, they created OSCO: a drink built from the ground up, not just a substitute.
At the heart of OSCO is verjus, a tart juice from unripe grapes that offers acidity and structure, similar to wine. It’s blended with organic botanicals like gentian, rosemary, and Mediterranean herbs to create a bold, bitter-forward profile with real depth.
Everything about OSCO is intentional. The ingredients are 96% French, organic, and additive-free. It’s bottled near Tours and made with sustainability and transparency in mind. OSCO has earned awards and praise across France, from chefs, bartenders, and sommeliers alike. In Occitan, osco! means “bravo”, a fitting name for the brand. It’s not just what’s in the glass, but how it makes you feel. And OSCO brings elegance to every pour.
