Founder of Edna’s, Nick Devine, is just as colourful and lively as the non-alcoholic cocktails he creates. As a prominent restauranteur and experienced bartender in Vancouver, he was ahead of the curve and saw the interest in non-alcoholic beverages almost 8 years ago.
At this time he began his work in creating lower alcohol beverage drinks that eventually morphed into Edna’s cocktails, the name originating from the cockney slang word for beverage.
Edna’s cocktails differentiates itself in the process it uses to create complex drinks that deliver far more than fruit juice and soda water. Using spirit extracts, drinking vinegar and all natural products, Nick Devine is proud to offer cocktails with nose and nuance.
