Whether as a restaurant critic, as a chef or as a barman, Patrice Plante, founder of Monsieur Cocktail and NOA, has always been driven by a boundless passion for food and drinks, the quality and origin of ingredients, and the art of creating delicious dishes and drinks with the simple aim of putting smiles on faces. He starts every NOA recipe in his kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients until he perfects the recipes. The result? Process:

Inspired by the traditions of Italian amari and made using time-honoured maceration techniques, each bottle blends fruits, herbs, roots, and spices into a full-flavoured experience, without a drop of alcohol. Unlike conventional methods that strip alcohol from spirits, NOA builds its flavour from the ground up. The result? Complex, balanced zero-proof spirits that shine on their own or in your favourite cocktails.

Tasting Notes: 

Inspired by spring and garden produce, this herbal gin offers a breath of green: herbs, notes of green bell pepper and jalapenos, and fresh cucumber. It will add a touch of freshness to all your creations.
