Process:

Inspired by the traditions of Italian amari and made using time-honoured maceration techniques, each bottle blends fruits, herbs, roots, and spices into a full-flavoured experience, without a drop of alcohol. Unlike conventional methods that strip alcohol from spirits, NOA builds its flavour from the ground up. The result? Complex, balanced zero-proof spirits that shine on their own or in your favourite cocktails.

Rich, roasted coffee aromas lead the way, balanced by subtle hints of vanilla, dark cocoa, and a touch of molasses. On the palate, it's bold and smooth, layered with deep espresso notes, a touch of caramelised sweetness, and a gentle bitterness.
