Process:
Crafted in Quintana del Pidio, Ribera del Duero, one of Spain’s most renowned wine regions. Made from 100% organic Tempranillo grapes. The team used a custom winemaking approach to extract the deepest character from this unique terroir, resulting in a layered, full-bodied wine. The alcohol is gently removed after fermentation, preserving the complexity and integrity of the original wine. The result is one of the boldest, most expressive dealcoholized red wines available.
