Process:
Inspired by the traditions of Italian amari and made using time-honoured maceration techniques, each bottle blends fruits, herbs, roots, and spices into a full-flavoured experience, without a drop of alcohol. Unlike conventional methods that strip alcohol from spirits, NOA builds its flavour from the ground up. The result? Complex, balanced zero-proof spirits that shine on their own or in your favourite cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
A bouquet of fresh and bitter orange greets the nose, layered with subtle warmth from cinnamon and clove. On the palate, bold notes of orange and rich vanilla take center stage, gradually giving way to a spiced, bitter orange finish that lingers with depth and balance.
