Process
Sober Spirits Bitter begins life as a traditional Italian bitter (like Campari). The authentic bitter liqueur is gently dealcoholized in Grasse, preserving the original aromatic complexity. Then the base is blended with a refined mix of bark, roots, herbs and fruit extracts, including gentian, juniper, angelica and blood-orange, to rebuild a full, layered bitter profile without alcohol or added sugar.
Tasting Notes
Intense, bittersweet blood orange and gentian lead on the nose, followed by fresh notes of juniper and angelica. On the palate, the profile is herbaceous and slightly woody, with a gentle spice and a dry, lingering finish.
