Process:
Sourced from Chile’s Central Valley, this wine begins as a full-strength Cabernet Sauvignon crafted using traditional winemaking practices. A gentle dealcoholization process preserves varietal character, aroma and balance. Aged in real oak to enhance texture and complexity, with no artificial aromas added.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of cassis and blackberry lead the nose. The palate delivers dark fruit, subtle spice and soft oak, supported by silky tannins and bright acidity, finishing smooth and composed.
