Oddbird brings mindful complexity to your glass. Presence is a 100% organic white wine, dealcoholized to below 0.5% ABV, made from a blend of unique grape varieties that showcase freshness, character, and depth.

Process:

Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from vineyards in Alsace and the South of France, grown on limestone soils. The wine is carefully vinified, then dealcoholized using a gentle process that preserves aroma layers, varietal expression, and complexity without the need for artificial flavours

Tasting Notes:

Presence opens with fresh fruit and citrus (notes of lemon and spice), before unfolding into a layered palate of roundness and minerality. The finish is long and elegant, marked by lively tension and balance.

Best Enjoyed:

Serve chilled. Presence pairs beautifully with lighter fare (think soft cheeses, fresh salads, seafood), or simply enjoy on its own as a refined, expressive alternative to traditional white wine.

With or Without Alcohol?

Moa Gürbüzer founded Oddbird with a vision to question and change the alcohol norms of society. She wanted the question “Do you want your wine with or without alcohol?” to be as common as “Do you want your coffee with or without milk?”
