Process
Created from an authentic Italian aperitivo, Sober Spirits Spritz 0.0% is initially distilled in Italy, then undergoes dealcoholization in Grasse while retaining its bright, bittersweet profile. In France’s historic 1875 distillery, the spirit is blended with botanicals such as blood orange, bitter orange, rhubarb, gentian, and angelica. It is then redistilled to preserve aroma, texture, and depth. Sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, and 0.0% ABV.
Tasting Notes
An intense citrus interplay of blood orange and bitter orange is complemented by rhubarb, gentian, and fresh angelica notes, all wrapped in a smooth, bittersweet finish true to the classic Italian Spritz.
