Process:

ISH Caribbean Spiced Rum is made from full strength Rum originating in the Caribbean islands, Jamaica and Martinique. It undergoes a process called “Supercritical Co2 Extraction”, a technology in which carbon dioxide, extracts the alcohol at 73 bars and 30 °C. The extraction is carried out at a low temperature to preserve the natural profile of the Rum.

Tasting Notes: 

Vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg and baked apple come together to create the lush, complex flavour of a classic spiced Rum.

ISH Caribean Spiced Rum is more than just "ish" it's absolutely delish

After several years of having my cardiologist give me a hard time about drinking, I finally gave in and quit drinking all together. I'm still searching for the right whisky substitute, but I have to admit that my quest for a suitable rum alternative has come to an end. I had already cut regular and diet cola in favour of Zevia cola years ago for the heath benefits, and recently tried a couple of other alcohol free rums that fell flat. I have to say, after my first sip of ISH Caribean Spiced Rum with my Zevia cola, it was like slipping into a comfortable old pair of slippers. With this product, I've let go the alcohol without compromising the taste.
