Monday Whiskey is handcrafted in small batches by an award-winning Bourbon maker.
Tasting Notes:
Dark rich colour like a Tennessee whiskey, the nose is rich with oak, vanilla, cocoa, and baking spices. On the palate - coffee and cocoa forward, spicy with a little burn from the baking spices, rich and velvety finish. It tastes rounder and more mellowed when tasted over ice.
With sparkling water - super rich and vanilla-forward, velvety finish. Drinks like rye and soda, with the spice element lingering after each sip.
