The Cipriani Story
Born At Harry's Bar
Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931 and created the Bellini there, naming it after the Renaissance painter Giovanni Bellini. The alcohol-free Bellini follows the original recipe with real white peach purée and gentle bubbles, made in Italy for brunch, aperitivo and every celebration.
