Process

This whisky begins its journey aged for three years in barrels, which impart rich oakiness and depth. It is then “bourbonized” by redistilling with toasted oak bark. After that, the alcohol is carefully extracted, leaving behind the robust character. The result is a spirit-alternative with distinguishing notes of toffee, caramel, cocoa, and a subtle vanilla warmth.

Tasting Notes

Deep, rich aroma of toasted wood and oak, with gourmand layers of toffee, caramel, and dark chocolate balanced by a delicate vanilla hint. On the palate, it is intense and woody, with complexity reminiscent of an American bourbon, yet smooth and without alcohol.
