
This Smoky Mezcal Paloma recipe is sure to be a winner. Sip this in the backyard this summer or on your next date night.
Ingredients:
2oz Monday Mezcal
2oz Fresh Grapefruit
.5oz Fresh Lime
.25oz Agave Syrup
Soda Water
Salt
Instructions:
Combine Monday Mezcal, juices, and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard until chilled. Rim your highball glass with salt (pro tip: use Tajin, hot salt, or worm salt). Strain your shaker into your glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with something fun!
